View Article    Why Are You Reminding Me?
For those that are unaware, EONI offers billing schedules of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual. Our monthly billing plans are required to be set up with our auto-pay feature, usually done with a credit or debit card. A courtesy reminder is sent to these customers so that they will not forget to make whatever adjustments are needed to their financial books. If you have any billing frequency other than monthly, and have requested that your account be left on auto pay, you will also receive this reminder regardless of your balance. This can and has caused some confusion for several people. For this reason, we generally try and discourage customers from leaving an account that isn't billed monthly on a credit/debit card. A quick and painless call to our office will take care of this problem for you!
