Now you can use instant-messaging-style chat to get your tech support question answered!  On the EONI web site at http://home.eoni.com you will see, on the left panel of the home page and other selected pages, a graphic image (see attached file) that you can click to communicate immediately with a support technician.  When this graphic is in its "offline" state, you will be able to leave a message instead.   If you have ever used instant messagers such as Yahoo Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, ICQ or others, you will appreciate this way of contacting your friendly EONI support!
