After the snow cat was released from the trailer, Al carves an area to safely park our vehicles for the day. Otherwise we would be blocking the road with our vehicles as there is no place to park.
A view from the cab of the snow cat on the way up
Another snow trail blazing view backward showing the hill just climbed
left-right: Al and Emmett of OPB (our drivers) clear the radiator again of ice and show build up on the way up
Looking back at the snow trail blazed by OPB
Al Steffler of OPB take a picture of me as I take a picture of him. Under all this snow there is a road and we continued several miles past this meado to reach the Mt Fanny site
Standing on the back of the snow plow while Al and Emmett clear ice from the radiator you can see we all brought snow shoes for movement on foot
