When you have your own domain name (yourcompanyname.com) there is registration information about you that is visible to anyone on the Internet.  This information includes your name, company name, address phone numbers and email address.  EONI has a domain privacy service to protect your domain registration information from being shown.

If you have a domain name parked (registered only) with EONI then you can add the privacy service to your domain for just $5 per year.  If you already host your domain name with EONI then the privacy service is available at no additional charge!  Many others charge much more for this valuable service!

If someone actually needs to contact you instructions will appear on your domain name registration on how to send communications that will then be forwarded on to you.  Using the privacy service you should experience less phone, email and postal offers as the privacy service closes another door that solicitors can use to reach you.

On April 25 we emailed all EONI customers and asked them to complete a brief survey to tell us how we are doing.  The response has been much higher than we expected!  As of today 20% of the surveys have been completed.  The average time to complete the survey has been less than 3 minutes.  When asked the question:
"Would you recommend EONI services to a friend?"  96.9% of our customers said YES.

We have also read comments about ways that EONI can improve our services.  We are reviewing these comments to see how we can implement these suggestions to change EONI to be more responsive to what our customers feel we need.
