On November 30, 2007 Travis Gray and I traveled along with the OPB La Grande engineering group in trip up to Mt Fanny. The purpose of this journey was to upgrade some radio equipment to provide improved service to North Powder and to upgrade the server used for customer IP connections in Cove.
We learned that regular nylon cable ties do not work at low temperatures and the catch inside easily breaks off rendering the tie toothless and useless.
Travis Gray took most of the pictures of this visit.
